At RevaCure, we understand that your perfect pick may need a small adjustment. That's why we've created a straightforward process for returns and exchanges, provided the criteria below are met:

Return Conditions

• Return Duration: Within 5 days from the delivery date.

• Refund Mode

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed to the same bank account/payment method used for the original payment through the payment gateway.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Customers need to share their UPI details via WhatsApp while raising return request to receive the refund.
• Restocking Fee: None
• Refund Time: Within 1 day of return Pickup.
• Shipping Costs for Returns: 70/- rs.

Delivery Day Return Policy

Our return policy is based on the delivery day, not the purchase day, to ensure you have enough time to inspect your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy for exchanges, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Customers can return both defective and non-defective products. Exchanges are also accepted. Products must be in new or slightly used condition, and returns are allowed within a 5-day window.

Customers can return items by mail, with our delivery personnel picking them up directly from their home.

A return label is included in the package at no cost, and there are no restocking fees. Refunds are processed within one day.
